At Harris Aire Serv we believe that a Flat Rate Pricing System based on a national average is the fairest price structure for our customers. So when you look over our price guide menu you can be confident that you are being given the fairest and most competitive price. You may also rest assured that we never take advantage of your emergency or other situation by jacking up repair prices unnecessarily.

Our Flat Rate structure is as follows:

• We have a standard diagnostic fee for traveling to your home, troubleshooting your equipment, and providing you with a solution.
• Most of our repairs are Flat Rate based on a national average in our menu price guide that every technician carries with him for your information and peace of mind.
• Upon the acceptance of the solution and our subsequent services we will waive the diagnostic fee; you either pay for the repair or the diagnostic fee. NEVER BOTH.
